Default Did the game just get super choppy for everyone?

It was running fine for a while, then I went to do some races and on the second one it got choppy with about 2 FPS at all times, no matter where I go.

The game ran out of RAM after playing it for only 11 hours...

Running thru Shing Jea got a little choppy for me, but not too much.

4 million players all logging in at once and all going to Shing Jea and Beetle Races will probably cause a bit of lag at Shing Jea and Beetle Races...

Yes, it has gotten worse in the last two hours. Has to do with how activity cycles in-game. Saturday afternoons in America are peak hours for Europe (evening) and the U.S.; couple that with the increased traffic that the festival drives, and you can count on it getting very laggy around this time during the festivals.

I'm posting here atm because I was about ready to kill something after having skills flash 3 or 4 times each race.

He's not talking about network lag...

Anyway, I'm getting the same problem. Happened about 5 hours in for me.

Yep, got 10 second lag waves every 12 seconds, then a critical error and game crashed! Yay!

They need to do something about this cause even freeware games don't have that much lag =( But I know they get a lot of traffic during events... they should of known that as well and be prepared for it though. At first I thought it was cause I was ABing and it was international teams but nope, even pre-sear caused the same problem.
